August 21, 2009

This week Beaufort Crime Stoppers needs your help to locate suspects responsible for a Larceny.  On Wednesday, August 19 Deputies responded to a Break-In on Corsica Road in Washington, where thieves entered a residence. Once inside they removed a LG 26 Inch Flat Panel TV, a 22 caliber handgun, money, and jewelry. Two unknown males were seen leaving the residence in a small dark colored car around noon. If you have any information about this crime, please call Crime Stoppers at 974-6400. Crime Stoppers will pay up to $1000 for information leading to an arrest.

This week crime Stoppers needs your help to catch a thief. Sometime between Sunday August 9th and Friday August 14th thieves pried open the backdoor of a residence on Fantasy Island Road in Belhaven.   Once inside they stole several firearms valued at approximately $1,200.  If you have any information about this crime, please call Crime Stoppers at 974-6400. Crime Stoppers will pay up to a $1000 reward for information leading to an arrest or the recovery of the property in this case.

This week Crime Stoppers needs your help to capture two deadbeat dads. Beaufort County Child Support Enforcement wants Roland Lee Whitley of Sam’s Rd, in Chocowinity for Failing to Comply with a court order. He owes over $25,000.00 in child support. Alonzo Ray Stanley of Hudnell Street in Washington is also wanted for failing to comply with a child support order. He owes over $19,000.00 in child support. If you have any information on the whereabouts of Roland Lee Whitley or Alonzo Ray Stanley please call crime stoppers at 974-6400.
