This week Crime Stoppers needs your help to capture a carjacker. On October 27th at approximately 7:00 pm, a black male approached an employee in the parking lot of Andrea’s Hair Salon on Avon Avenue in Washington. He placed a gun to the victim’s head and forced her into her Black Toyota SUV. He then ordered the victim to drive towards Highland Drive. The victim was able to stop and escape from her vehicle on Highland Drive. The suspect then jumped out and fired two shots at bystanders before fleeing into the woods near Ridgewood Manor Nursing Home. The suspect is described as a Black Male, 6’0 tall, and 200 lbs with shoulder length dreadlocks.
