June 25, 2010 This week Crime Stoppers needs your help to capture a pair of thieves. On Monday June 21st between the hours of 4:20 and 6:15 am, two white male suspects broke into the drink machines at Smith’s Food Pride in Chocowinity. An undisclosed amount of cash was taken. If you have any information about this crime please call Crime Stoppers at 974-6400. Crime Stoppers will pay up to a $1,000.00 reward for information leading to an arrest in this case. This week Crime Stoppers needs your help to capture a thief. On Tuesday, June 15th a John Deere riding lawnmower was stolen from a shelter off Wharton Station Road near the Cherry Run Road Intersection. The mower was taken sometime after 10:00 pm. A newer model red van was seen leaving the area. If you have any information about this crime please call Crime Stoppers at 974-6400. Crime Stoppers will pay up to a $1,000.00 reward for information leading to an arrest or recovery of the property in this case. June 11, 2010 Thanks to a Crime Stopper tip Jodeci Boomer was arrested for Breaking, Entering, and Larceny, and for Resist, Delay and Obstructing an Officer. This week Crime Stoppers needs your help to catch a thief. Sometime between the last week of May and the first week of June, thieves entered a bulk barn on Wharton Station Road in Washington. They stole a Murray Riding Lawnmower, two push mowers, a water pump, an aluminum dog box, an air conditioner coil, and two metal plows. Thanks to a Crime Stopper tip Zachary Brett Burbage of Pinetown has been arrested for Assault with a Deadly Weapon Inflicting Serious Injury. This week Crime Stoppers needs your help to locate Jodeci Megal Boomer of Washington. A warrant for his Arrest has been issued for Breaking and Entering and Larceny.
