This week Crime Stoppers needs your help to locate a sex offender. EUFEMIO LUNA RIVERA of Washington is wanted for Indecent Liberties with a Child. Rivera is 38 years old, approximately 5’4” tall, 160 pounds and is known to frequent the Outer Banks Area. If you have any information on the whereabouts of this person, please call Crime Stoppers at 974-6400. Crime Stoppers will pay up to a $1000 reward for information leading to an arrest in this case.
