Crime Stoppers needs your help to catch a thief. On Monday June 30th at about 2:30 am an unknown person forcibly entered Clark’s Mini Mart in Pantego. Once inside the suspect took an undisclosed amount of cash. An older model white midsize truck was seen traveling through the open field behind the store at the time of the break-in. Crime Stoppers needs your help to solve a Larceny of metal. On July 2nd 2008 Kemp’s Recyclers reported that a black male driving a black Chevrolet pick-up attempted to sell stolen metal, including a John Deer engine block and an orange trailer axle. The suspect fled the scene. The man was described as slender and light skinned. If you have any information about these crimes please call Crime Stoppers at 974-6400. This week Crime Stoppers needs your help to capture a deadbeat dad. Beaufort County Child Support Enforcement wants Mack Ray Jennette of Chocowinity for Failing to Comply with a Child Support Order. Jennette owes nearly  $13,000.00 in child support. He is also wanted for Failure to Appear in Court in Beaufort County on multiple drug charges. If you know the whereabouts of Mack Ray Jennette please call Crime Stoppers at 974-6400.  Crime Stoppers will pay up to a $1,000.00 reward for information leading to his arrest.
